	Frank Thornton	as Captain Stephen Peacock Ex-army captain who works as floorwalker (he superintends men?s and ladies?s departments). He keeps up the very strict rules of the store and forces them on the employees.
	Wendy Richard	as Shirley Brahms Junior employee at ladies?s department. With her cockney accent and rather lax attitude she is opposite of Mrs. Slocombe.
	Trevor Bannister	as Dick Lucas Junior employee at men?s department. His jocular nature and tendency to mock the strict rules of the shop keeps getting him in trouble.
