Lord Meldrum suspects that Lady Agatha is seeing someone behind his back. Not to mention her husband’s. The plot thickens in the Meldrum residence.

| Sir Raplh had heart problems and has to stay in Meldum residence. Meanwhile Stokes organizes the scheme to sell Mrs. Lipton cakes telling her it is for orphans. |

| Stokes asks Myrtle to pretend that she is his wife to get Mrs. Lipton off his back. |
3 | Mrs. Lipton’s Nasty Turn |
| After speaking to Stokes’ "wife" Mrs. Lipton broke a lot of crockery (most of it on Stokes) and is affraid that she will be sacked. Meanwhile Miss Cissy starts in local by-election from United Workers Party. |
4 | Meet the Workers |
| Lord Meldrum has to learn some more about lower classes before joining the BBC board of governors, so he decides to invite few of the factory workers to a dinner party. |
5 | Gretna Green or Bust |
| Miss Poppy and Dickie Metcalfe decide to marry and leave at dawn to Gretna Green. Rest of the family is after her to stop the marriage. |
6 | The Night of Reckoning |
| Twelvetrees is offered position of butler in Sir Ralph house and considers it as an opportunity to better himself. |
7 | A Day in the Country |
| To be close to Lady Agatha Lord Meldrum decides to organize the picnic for the servants in the country. |
