| After yet another secret rendezvous with servant girl Lord Meldrum gives Teddy an ultimatum ? marry Madge Cartwright or be sent to work. Teddy choses to go to the factory. |

| The behaviour of Teddy causes the strike in the factory while Prime Minister is invited to dinner. |
3 | Money Talks |
| Lady Lavender throws her money out of the window and the servants have to help Lord Meldrum to pick them up before passers by will get them. Some of the money ends up in Stokes?s pockets and Twelvetrees is determined to prove it. |

| Lord Meldrum gave away the vases for the church auction, so now Stokes has to buy them back to get to the money he has hidden in one of them. |

| To protect his employer Stokes tells Sir Ralph that Lord Meldrum was wounded in the artillery. That way Sir Ralph won?t mind Meldrum to see his wife. |

| James?s father suddenly turns up at the door looking for shelter. It is embarrassing situation since he is a burglar and James always told everyone that he is a priest. |
