Trish Collingwood is a middle-aged manager of busy job center somewhere in England. She is very enthusiastic about her job, but her staff is far from being devoted to their job.

	Trish encourages the staff to find jobs for the unemployed, to the point that Natalie challanges Angela who will get the better score.

	Natalie gets into trouble with one of the job seekers.
6	Episode 6
	The staff attends a mandatory Saturday morning work-shop on health and well-being with employees from the Kingstanding branch.
