Lee is not very ambitious man, but he is lucky enough to share apartment with woman, who don’t mind his laziness.

Lee shares apartment with ex of his best friend Tim, American called Kate. Caught in crossfire between them he develops feelings towards Kate.

	When Tim’s grandmother dies he invited Kate to the funeral.

	Kate’s friend from Australia visits her and temporarily Lee agrees to pretend he is Tim.

	Kate takes under her roof teenager for few days and Lee struggles to cope with it.

	Lee takes job as the caretaker in the same block of flats Kate lives.
