1990s Polish tv sitcom

They are almost average family. Except that both of parents are not that bright. And they both are kind of addicted to lotteries and sweepstakes of any kind. And that their teenage daughter is more interested in men than school. And their son is smarter than rest of them combined. And their next door neighbour is a middle-aged Casanova...

The series is a mixture of not that bad scripts and not that bad jokes with a slow pace and sometimes not very inspired acting. Overall most of the episodes were rather enjoyable, some of the jokes were pretty good. The humour varied from typical family-based plots to sometimes quite abstract and not realistic, but in general not bad effort.
