Whilst visiting a factory Hugh is didn’t handle well the irate woman complaining about her mother’s treatment on the NHS.

Learning that the Prime Minister’s wife doesn’t like him Hugh want’s to change his image and organizes a small party, but even he doesn’t know how small the party will be.

The department has changed the name to Department of Social Affairs and Citizenship and also was moved to a new building which has bad influence on Hugh.
