Barbara Ann Deeks - born 6 August 1937 in London - British actress, best known for his performances in film comedies from the 50s, 60s and 70s, and for his later work in television, especially in the soap opera EastEnders. In 1963 she was nominated for a BAFTA Film Award for her role in the film Sparrers Can not Sing. In 1965, she starred in the musical Oh, What a Lovely War! on Broadway and received the Tony Award this performance, the most important award in the world of commercial American theater. In 2000 she was awarded the Order of the British Empire in recognition of his contribution to British culture. In 2010 received the Freedom of the City of London, the highest honor awarded by the local authorities the City of London.
