New York radio station WNYX has everything that is needed to be successful - devoted employees, manager full of ideas and stinking rich owner Jimmy James. Unfortunately employees compete with each other, manager lacks experience and the owner is... eccentric to say the least.
With each day the relationship between Lisa and Dave is harder to keep in secret. They decide to make a clear breast of it (so to speak).

| Mr. James buys sports cars for everyone on the staff except for Matthew, who gets the old radio show. Bill thinks that the Santa Claus in the lobby is stalking him. |

| By accident Dave is a witness how his employees make fun of him behind his back. Mr James helps him to overcome the trauma. |

| Joe tries to teach Matthew about gambling. The hard way. Dave has to give a speech introducing Bill at a award dinner. |

| Beth discovers that guy, who leaves the company could be her soulmate. Mr. James plays April Fool’s pranks in the office. |

| Beth and Lisa ask Mr. James to teach them how to negotiate - Lisa wants to ask Dave for a raise, Beth tries to start her own business. |
