The hardware shop is having financial problems due to competition from DIY superstore.

| Kenny shows up in the store with his son and daughter. Rex points out that the boy isn’t similar in any way to Kenny. |

| Kenny and Steve convince Rex that he is shrinking with age, which leads to a surprising change in his attitude. |

| Anne is offered to pose for the artist for 1000 pounds. Meanwhile Rex announces that the store is in financial problems and he will have to one of the staff go. |
