The Number 3 Gang (crew of the dustcart number 3) is a real pain in the backside for the inspector of Corporation Cleansing Department - not only they are always skiving, but also they scheming how to make some money while they were suppose to collect garbage.

Beside the Seaside

Inspector is furious when the depot is flooded with complains from residents after Number 3 Gang took a day off so Winston could watch the training of his beloved Manchester City.
