Fictional General Assistance Department was created to help other ministries with often trivial problems. Incompetent civil servants that are running it get into trouble everytime they try to do their job. But most of the time they just try to look like they are doing any job.
Lennox-Brown and Lamb again are keeping the Britain together with their unusual talent for getting in trouble.

| Lennox-Brown and Lamb are given the job of putting a connection between two parts of the city divided by a river. But the owner of ferry that runs across that river is not gonna make it easy for them. |
5 | A Private Affair |
| Remake of Somethign About a Soldier. Lennox-Brown and Lamb accidentally discover that one of the World War II isolated outpost of anti-aircraft forces haven’t been officialy released and probably the soldiers don’t even know that the war is over. They move at once to fix the mistake. |
